Return Policy

 

RETURNS

Our returns (minus a 10% handling fee) policy lasts 14 days and is only available on FULL PRICE footwear.

If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.

To be eligible for a refund the products you are returning must be:

  • Received within the last 14 days
  • Unworn, undamaged and unmarked
  • In their original condition and in a Postal Bag (if applicable)
  • In the original packaging or shoe box (we consider this part of the item).
  • We do not accept returns after 14 days from the date received.
  • Returns/Exchanges are not available on sale shoes, reduced merchandise or clothing items. 

STRICTLY No refundsexchanges or returns are available on Reduced items. Please choose carefully, this includes in-store changes which will occur a 10% fee.

WE DO NOT ALLOW ONLINE ITEMS TO BE RETURNED IN-STORE FOR AN EXCHANGE - THIS INCLUDES FULL PRICE ITEMS. 

WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN SENT TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES (Outside Australia)


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes sale, reduced merchandise, clothing (unless exchanged for size) hosiery, shoe care or jewellery & accessories (unless faulty)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and return reason. Email your proof or purchase and return reason to leathernlacesonline@gmail.com quoting your order number in the subject line.

Refunds/Online Store Credit (if applicable)

We offer two return options – online store credit, or refund (minus a 10% handling fee.) We do not offer exchanges, as we currently don’t have the capacity to hold items for exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, (minus a 10% handling fee)  to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will not be refunded the shipping cost for the return, as this is at your own expense. 

We reserve the right to decline an item for a refund if:

  • The return was made after 14 days
  • The products are marked, damaged or show signs of wear
  • The products are not returned in their original state including undamaged box or packaging
  • We do not accept returns after 14 days from the date received.

Any packages sent back "Return to Sender" (RTS) will be deducted $30 from your refund/store credit on top of the 10% handling fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE - We do not accept returns that are not authorised. Any unauthorised returns will incur a $35 processing fee on top of the 10% handling fee.
